Terms and Conditions

Please take your time to read through and understand these terms & conditions before you commence a project with NattyJane Designs.

The Client agrees to pay in full prior to the commencement of any job. No artwork will be started until the full balance has been paid and received into our account.

Should there be a change or new concept that differs from the initial brief, further fees will be payable depending on time/resources involved, and a new quote will be given.

Payment Methods

All invoices will be emailed to the client to be viewed online and/or downloaded as a pdf. They can be paid by Direct Deposit (preferred) – account details are on the invoice, or via Paypal. If you would like to pay with PayPal there is a processing fee applicable so you would need to email me prior to making payment for a revised invoice.

If paying by Direct Deposit, please advise NattyJane Designs once you have made payment by emailing a copy of the transaction to info@nattyjanedesigns.com.au

Cancellations and Refunds

No refund is given if you choose to cancel your order once the design work has begun and/or proofs given.

Please know, that we work one on one with you and your detailed feedback to create a design you are truly happy with. It is for this reason that we encourage you to take your time when reviewing concepts and proofs to ensure all of your changes are made within the three revisions provided.

Colour Variations

The colours displayed on your monitor are digitally formatted (RGB) and therefore may look a little different after printing. We do our best to create your design to standard colours, however there is always the chance of a very slight variance due to the nature of CMYK printing and home printer setting variations. Factors that can affect this are your computer monitor settings and brand, the material you get your design printed on, the ink used, the printer etc. We cannot be held responsible for colour variations, as these factors are beyond our control. There will be no reprints at our expense.

Approvals of Artwork

While NattyJane Designs takes care to avoid errors, once you have given approval to the final proof, no further changes can be made and it is considered final. Incorrect information and spelling mistakes are not NattyJane Designs’ responsibility, so please take your time to check and edit all aspects of your artwork. No refunds or reprints will be given. If you do require changes after this, it will incur a fee based on time/resources involved.

Use of professionally taken photos or stock images

You are able to use professional photographer photos only if you have written permission from the professional photographer of the images. By sending us and requesting for the professional images to be used on your design, you are agreeing to our strict regulation that you have written permission from the photographer of the image to use and re-print these images on your product. By agreeing to this, NattyJane Designs will not be held responsible for any legal issues regarding the use or printing of these images, the responsibility will be placed upon the customer from which the images belong and were sent. This is the same in regards to stock images, you must have purchased the image with the correct licensing for the intended use.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. NattyJane Designs fully respects your privacy and personal details. Any information given to NattyJane Designs will be used solely for our own marketing and promotional purposes. It will not be sold to any third parties.

Conditions of Use

NattyJane Designs does have the right to send you emails on special or promotional offers, new products and services and any website updates or changes. Please advise if you would like to opt out of this.

Also, unless advised by you, your final designs may be displayed in our galleries or used for promotional purposes (relevant private information will be removed from designs in these instances).

Copyright

All images and designs on this website, are the property and the copyright of NattyJane Designs. NattyJane Designs has copyright on all designs created by NattyJane Designs and cannot be duplicated or copied, reproduced, altered or sold in any way, without written permission from NattyJane Designs. All of NattyJane Designs products and designs are created and owned by NattyJane Designs. Associated copyright law prohibits reproducing copyrighted material. Only customers that have purchased their design with intent to print, are allowed to print their product without written consent. If you would like to display your designs on your Facebook page or website you must give credit to NattyJane Designs by including our website address www.nattyjanedesigns.com.au in the post.

Please note: All digital designs by NJD are for use by the client only for their intended purpose and cannot be utilised in part or their entirety by a third party without prior written consent from NJD. Breach of these conditions may contravene copyright laws.
